Service Options

When you register or submit the job with us, you can choose to bring the media to Stellar Data Recovery or advice us to pick up it from your door step. If you opt for media pick-up, our courier service provider collects Media from you (usually on same day).

 

Based on the service option you select, we perform Diagnosis and Recovery.

 

Strict documented process is being followed to ensure consistency and confidentiality.

 

Standard Service

 

Pick-up by express courier, technical diagnosis and non-binding offer:

 

• Pick-up. Media registered before 12:00 AM are picked up the same day at the indicated address by a special courier service, free of charge! Media registered after 12:00 PM will be collected next day, also free of charge.
• Diagnosis. Our data recovery specialists diagnose the problem in our state of the art laboratory and work out the fastest and most suitable approach to the data recovery. The diagnosis in our laboratory costs as from Euro 79,-* without any further obligations. The technical diagnosis report includes:
• Full list of recoverable files and folders(file list)
• Details of damages to the media,
• Capacity of recoverable data
• Results of a quality check, either by a random test or by a test of the files you may have indicated to us.
• Time involved in the data recovery process.
• Possibility of further usability of the damaged media.
• An offer for the complete recovery of your lost data. The offer is based on the damages, the labor costs, spare parts and the use of tools and instruments. This offer quotes an exact price and is non-binding until acceptance by the customer

 

Data Recovery and return of your recovered data to you.

 

• Data Recovery. Upon acceptance of the offer our engineers immediately start the procedure to recover your data and place your recovered data on a new medium.
• We return the recovered data and your old medium to you by courier.

Emergency Service

 

• Upon request we will immediately have your media collected by a courier.
• The diagnosis costs are Euro 139* without any further obligations.
• We work non-stop 24/7 on your case.

To each job a unique job-ID is assigned to enable you to monitor your job status with ease. Your unique login to the online administration and tracking tool ZEN gives you real-time information concerning your job, 24 hours a day, all the way from the initial pick-up until the final return delivery. You are assured of transparency (of the process), privacy (of your information) and confidentiality (of your data).
