Packaging & Shipping

While packing the data carrier, please follow "How to pack" steps mentioned below to avoid further damage to the data carrier and safeguard the data.

• Make sure the data carrier is packed dust free.
• Pack the data carrier in the anti-static bag.
• Insert the data carrier in a box with at least 5 CM gap between the data carrier and the walls.
• Include your name and address details inside the box
• Fill the gap with resilient material, such as foam blocks or several layers of bubble-wrap, but only with static packing material like Styrofoam.
• Mark the outside of the package "FRAGILE - HANDLE WITH CARE".

While submitting the job online, if you have opted for pick-up, our courier service provider will collect the data carrier from your door-step.

• After registration/ submission of job online, you must have received a unique job number.
• Write this unique job number, your name and address details as 'sender' on the package.
