How can my PC remember the BitLocker password?
Please take the following steps to enable your PC to remember the Bitlocker password.
1. After you connect your BitLocker encrypted external drive or USB stick to your PC, it will ask for the password (see screenshot below). Please click on ‘ More Options’:
2. The following checkbox will appear:
3. Please enter the password you received from us and check the ‘Automatically unlock on this PC’ checkbox. Then click on the ‘Unlock’ button.
Now your PC will recognize the encrypted external drive or USB stick and it will not longer require you to give the password when accessing your data.
